She is passionate about helping franchisees work more efficiently and supporting them as they grow their businesses and has a deep understanding of customer centric retail environments. Prior to joining WellBiz Brands, Inc., Laysha served as head of innovation and consumer insights at 24 Hour Fitness® and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company®.
