Wayne, Pennsylvania (February 18, 2019) – Amazing Lash Studio, the nation’s largest and fastest growing eyelash extension franchise beauty brand, opened a new studio in King of Prussia on Friday, February 1, 2019. To celebrate, the studio is planning to host a grand opening party, open to the public, on Saturday, February 23. The event will be held from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., the first 100 attendees will receive a free gift, and complimentary food and beverages will be provided.
The studio is independently owned and operated by local couple and entrepreneurs, Joey and Desiree Orr. After being first-to-market partners in multiple Amazing Lash Studio locations in Florida, the Orrs decided to relocate to King of Prussia to be closer to family and pursue another first-to-market venture with Amazing Lash Studio.
“We saw a huge opportunity to open studios in this area, and we’re excited to be first to market here just like in Florida,” shared Joey Orr. “We know the business potential in King of Prussia will be significant, and it’s wonderful to be able to open a small business in my wife’s hometown where we will be closer to family. It’s the ultimate win-win situation.”
Joey and Desiree Orr share that they were first introduced to the Amazing Lash Studio brand while living in Las Vegas. Desiree frequently had to wear eyelash extensions for performances in shows as a professional dancer, and one night, a friend from Florida sparked an idea:
“A friend of ours saw Desiree’s eyelashes and was immediately hooked,” said Joey Orr. “She mentioned there wasn’t anywhere to get eyelash extensions where they lived in Florida, suggested we look into franchises, and that was it! A few days later, we were on a plane to meet with Amazing Lash Studio at its corporate headquarters, and the rest is history.”
